The InvertirDeuda club is operated by Hispania Data Solutions SL (hereinafter, "the company"). Contact email: contacto@hispaniasolutions.com By using the website and subscribing to the club, the user agrees to be bound by these terms.

InvertirDeuda is a private information club. Its activity consists of collecting, analysing and distributing to its members information about opportunities in the discounted debt market: NPL (Non-Performing Loan) portfolios, judicial auctions, court order transfers and discounted mortgage debt. The service provides general information. It does NOT constitute: - Financial, investment, tax or legal advice of any kind. - Financial intermediation or mediation in the purchase or sale of assets. - Portfolio management or investment mandate. - Any form of fund raising or collective investment vehicle. The company is not registered as an investment services entity with any financial regulatory body. The opinions and analyses published are for informational purposes only.

Access to the club is free for the first members who register during the launch phase. The company reserves the right to modify access conditions in later phases, with reasonable prior notice to existing members. To access, the user must provide a valid email address and accept these terms and the privacy policy. The user warrants that the data provided is accurate and undertakes to notify any changes.

The user undertakes to: - Use the service exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes. - Not reproduce, distribute or transfer club information to third parties without express authorisation from the company. - Not take any action that could interfere with the operation of the service or harm other members. - Act at all times in accordance with applicable Spanish and European law. The company reserves the right to revoke access to any user who breaches these conditions.

All content published on the website and in the club (texts, analyses, formats, trademarks, logos, design) is the property of Hispania Data Solutions SL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law. Total or partial reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is prohibited without prior written authorisation from the company, except as expressly permitted by law.

The company takes the utmost care in the selection and analysis of the opportunities it publishes. However, the information is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The company will not be liable for: - Investment decisions made by the user based on club information. - Direct or indirect financial losses that may result from such decisions. - The accuracy, completeness or currency of the information when consulted by the user. - Uninterrupted availability of the service. The user assumes all risk arising from their investment decisions.

The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members by email with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the service after the new terms come into effect implies acceptance of them.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with these terms, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
