What we do
Access to real bank portfolios
We work with funds that manage bank debt portfolios. They provide us with the data for each asset: type, legal phase, nominal debt and auction value. You see them exactly as we receive them.
Fund data, unaltered
We do not verify or reinterpret the data published by the fund. If the data exists, you see it. If it does not exist, it shows as no data. We never invent figures or estimate returns.

The legal phase and asset type are visible at no cost. The nominal debt, auction value and exact address are unlocked with the Pro plan, by contacting us.
Analysing financial data at scale. InvertirDeuda was born from combining that experience in technology and artificial intelligence with direct knowledge of the mortgage debt market. The result: tools that previously only existed for large funds.
