InvertirDeuda was born from a simple conviction: the discounted debt market has been the exclusive territory of large funds for decades. We are opening that door.

Our mission

Democratise access to information about debt portfolios, NPLs, judicial auctions, court order transfers and discounted mortgage debt. You don't need to be an investment fund to learn about these opportunities before the market does.

We track the secondary market for bank debt, judicial auction registers and court order transfers to find assets with genuine discounts and solid collateral.

We analyse them thoroughly

Our team of lawyers and financial analysts reviews the legal status of the asset, the real collateral, the debt history and the potential return. We only publish what passes that filter.

We send them directly to you

Each opportunity arrives in your inbox with the key data: acquisition price, discount on face value, collateral, estimated timeline and potential return. No intermediaries, no small print.

How we work

Behind every opportunity we publish there is a rigorous process. Lawyers specialising in insolvency and financial law verify the registry and procedural status of each asset. Analysts experienced in NPLs calculate recovery scenarios and the real risk. Only when the asset passes that dual filter do we share it with the community.
