Risk warning

Full transparency about what investing in debt involves

Before acting on any information we share, read this carefully. Investing in discounted debt can generate interesting returns, but it also carries real risks of loss.

Risk of capital loss

Investing in debt portfolios, NPLs, judicial auctions or court order transfers involves the risk of partial or total loss of invested capital. The potential return we show is an estimate based on historical data and reasonable scenarios, not a guarantee. Actual results may differ significantly.

Potential return, not guaranteed

When we publish an estimated return (for example, a 40% discount on face value or a projected IRR), this is a projection based on assumptions that may not materialise. Recovery timelines may extend, the value of the underlying asset may depreciate, and legal and procedural costs may erode the expected margin.

We only provide information

InvertirDeuda is NOT a credit institution, securities dealer, investment services firm or any kind of regulated financial intermediary. The information we publish in the club does NOT constitute financial, tax or legal advice. Each member acts on their own account and under their own responsibility.

Consult a professional

Before making any investment decision based on the information we provide, we strongly recommend consulting an independent financial advisor, a lawyer specialising in insolvency law, or a tax advisor. Investing in distressed assets requires specialised knowledge.

Timelines and illiquidity

Investments in discounted debt are typically illiquid: you cannot easily sell them on a secondary market. Judicial and recovery processes can take years. Make sure you will not need that capital in the short term before committing.

Your own due diligence

The information we share has been reviewed by our team, but it does not replace your own due diligence. Before investing, verify the registry, procedural and legal status of the asset yourself, and cross-check all data with official sources.

If you have questions about any opportunity published in the club, write to us at contacto@hispaniasolutions.com before acting.
