Methodology

We count the assets in the InvertirDeuda catalogue: properties backing unpaid bank debt that the funds managing the portfolios put on sale or under management. Each asset counts once.

The data is provided by the funds and shown as it comes, unverified and unaltered. What the fund does not provide is not estimated.

Only aggregate counts are published: no amounts, no addresses, no portfolio of origin. The court stage groups the procedure into five stages, from the claim to closing.

Figures change as the funds update their portfolios. Journalists and analysts: write to contacto@hispaniasolutions.com if you need a cut by province or type.
